Payments should be mailed to the address listed on your billing statement. If you need a copy of your billing statement, please contact customer support at (866) 574-2001 x 4. To ensure that we are able to fully and accurately address your inquiry, please provide the customer’s full name, loan number, email address, and phone number
HOW DO I REQUEST A PAYOFF OR VOM?
Request for payoff quotes can be emailed to payoff@wcrsi.com or faxed to 714.596.6331. Be sure to include the account number, and borrower's authorization. Submissions without written borrower's authorization cannot be responded to. Expect 3-5 days to respond. If the subject loan is in default or in foreclosure, the payoff processing times may be longer due to additional information required to complete the payoff quote.
DO YOU ACCEPT WESTERN UNION OR ONLINE PAYMENTS?
No. Our current payment methods are check, cashiers check, money order, or check-by-phone. For automated monthly payments please contact our office and request an ACH form.
